Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 6 eggs large
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups bread cubed
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and vegetables in the dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings together.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the casserole and top with cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until set and golden.

Notes

Can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning.
