Ingredients
  

Rice Bowl
  • 4 cups cooked white rice warm
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
Toppings
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp gochujang to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar; cook until glossy.
  4. Sauté vegetables separately until tender.
  5. Fry eggs to desired doneness.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, egg, and gochujang.

Notes

Adjust gochujang to preferred spice level.
