Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb beef tenderloin center cut
  • 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten

Method
 

  1. Season and sear beef until browned on all sides.
  2. Cook mushrooms and garlic until moisture evaporates.
  3. Wrap beef with mushroom mixture and prosciutto.

  5. Bake until pastry is golden and beef reaches desired doneness.
