Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 4 flour tortillas

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and ground beef, cook until browned.
  3. Season beef with spices and simmer briefly.
  4. Warm tortillas and fill with beef and cheese.
  5. Roll burritos tightly and serve warm.
