- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the lemon garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a lightly golden finish.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
