Ingredients
  

Tilapia Fillets
  • 4 tilapia fillets about 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the lemon garlic butter mixture.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a lightly golden finish.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Adjust garlic and lemon to taste. Serve immediately for best texture.
