Ingredients
  

Nachos
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) if required.
  2. Layer tortilla chips in the basket without overcrowding.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheeses evenly over chips.
  4. Add tomatoes and jalapeños.
  5. Air fry for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  6. Remove carefully, top with sour cream and cilantro, and serve immediately.
