  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss chicken with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5–8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
