Ingredients
  

Deviled Eggs
  • 6 eggs hard-boiled
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp spinach puree or green food coloring
Decorations
  • 0.25 cup red bell pepper or pomegranate seeds ornaments
  • 2 tbsp yellow bell pepper or cheese star toppers

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs, cool completely, and peel.
  2. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add spinach puree or food coloring until green.
  5. Pipe filling into egg whites in a tree shape.
  6. Decorate with red and yellow garnishes and chill before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be made a few hours ahead for convenience.
