Method
- Boil eggs, cool completely, and peel.
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach puree or food coloring until green.
- Pipe filling into egg whites in a tree shape.
- Decorate with red and yellow garnishes and chill before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can be made a few hours ahead for convenience.
