  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs dill or parsley

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice cucumbers into thin rounds or half-moons.
  2. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes in a small bowl.

  4. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Add fresh herbs, toss again, and serve immediately.
