Base
  • 2 cups sliced cucumbers fresh
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers and lightly salt them.
  2. Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cucumbers with yogurt mixture.
  4. Top with chili flakes, sesame seeds, and herbs.
  5. Serve immediately or chilled.
