- Wash and slice cucumbers thinly.
- Halve mozzarella balls if needed.
- Combine cucumbers and mozzarella in a bowl.
- Add torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Notes
Best served fresh. Drain excess liquid before serving leftovers.
