- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in mashed bananas until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and gently flatten.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies and let set before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use very ripe bananas with brown spots.
