Method
- Toss beef with flour, salt, and pepper.
- Brown beef in olive oil until seared on all sides.
- Transfer beef to crockpot and sauté onions and garlic.
- Add vegetables, broth, tomato paste, and seasonings.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Remove bay leaves and serve hot.
