Method
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry and place them in a large bowl.
- Mix olive oil with all spices and coat drumsticks evenly.
- Place drumsticks in the slow cooker in an even layer.
- Pour barbecue sauce over the chicken and turn to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Optional: Broil for 3–5 minutes to crisp the skin before serving.
Notes
For crispier skin, always finish under the broiler.
