Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice uncooked
  • 2.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Crock Pot / Slow Cooker
  • Measuring cups
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Grease the crock pot lightly and add chicken to the bottom.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Add onion, garlic, rice, broth, and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  5. Stir gently, shred chicken if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Add extra broth when reheating to maintain creaminess.
