- Grease the crock pot lightly and add chicken to the bottom.

- Add onion, garlic, rice, broth, and cream of chicken soup.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Stir gently, shred chicken if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Add extra broth when reheating to maintain creaminess.
