Method
- Place chicken in the crock pot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add garlic, cream, chicken broth, butter, and cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred or slice, then return to slow cooker.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and toss gently before serving.
Notes
Add pasta at the end to prevent overcooking.
