Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta cooked

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • Large pot
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the crock pot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add garlic, cream, chicken broth, butter, and cream cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  4. Remove chicken, shred or slice, then return to slow cooker.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss gently before serving.

Notes

Add pasta at the end to prevent overcooking.
