Cabbage Steaks
  • 1 green cabbage large
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  2. Slice cabbage into thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season evenly with spices.
  4. Roast in oven for 25–30 minutes or air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove when edges are crispy and golden. Serve hot.
