- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with foil and place wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder and seasonings in a bowl.
- Toss wings with olive oil and seasoning mixture until coated.
- Arrange wings on rack in single layer.
- Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Warm BBQ sauce with honey if using.
- Brush wings with sauce and bake 8–10 minutes more until caramelized.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, refrigerate uncovered for several hours before baking.
