Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Method
 

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch and flour mixture, then dip in egg.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and fry shrimp until golden and crispy.
  4. Simmer honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar until thickened.
  5. Toss shrimp in sauce and serve immediately.
