Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice chicken breasts into even cutlets and pat dry.
- Set up breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on rack, lightly oil, and bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
