Gnocchi
  • 16 oz shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Air fryer basket

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss gnocchi with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Arrange gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Remove and toss with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
