Lasagna
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk whole
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and set aside.
  3. Prepare white sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, and adding milk until thick.
  4. Layer noodles, chicken, cheeses, and sauce in the baking dish.
  5. Bake covered for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
