- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through; remove.
- Sauté onion, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add tomatoes and broth, then stir in cream and simmer.
- Mix in Parmesan and seasoning until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and toss with pasta until coated.
- Serve garnished with basil.

Add reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency and garnish with fresh basil.
