Ingredients
  

Slaw
  • 6 cups red cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
Dressing
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Finely shred cabbage and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add shredded carrots and toss lightly.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and honey until smooth.
  4. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly.
  6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
