  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Method
 

  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat without boiling.
  2. Whisk in beetroot powder until smooth and fully dissolved.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and optional spices.
  4. Heat gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and froth using a whisk or milk frother.
  6. Pour into a mug, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and spices to taste. Use oat milk for extra creaminess.
