- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and chop.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss pasta with dressing until evenly coated.
- Fold in bacon and peas gently.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
