Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-4 tbsp milk or cream adjust consistency
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk or cream until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Drizzle in olive oil and whisk until fully emulsified.
  5. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust pepper and lemon juice to taste for a bolder or milder dressing.
