Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pan and sauté mushrooms until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and cook until fully done.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine before the broth. Use chicken thighs for juicier texture.
