- Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Drain and rinse under cold water; drain thoroughly.
- Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Stir in vegetables and relish.
- Fold in macaroni until evenly coated.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Stir before serving and refresh with extra mayo if needed.
