Ingredients
  

Spread Base
  • 1.5 cups green olives pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.75 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Add green olives to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add feta cheese, cream cheese or yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Blend until creamy and well combined, scraping sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Transfer to serving bowl.

Notes

Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
