Method
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Sear steak in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in cream and parmesan until smooth.
- Add tortellini and pasta water, tossing to coat.
- Return steak to skillet, season, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh. Reheat gently with extra cream if needed.
