Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 boneless pork chops 1-inch thick
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter to skillet, sauté garlic briefly until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits from pan.
  5. Stir in cream and seasoning, simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet and simmer until fully cooked.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Adjust seasoning to taste.
