- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water; add broccoli during last few minutes. Drain and reserve pasta water.
- Brown sausage in olive oil in a large skillet. Remove excess grease if needed.
- Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Add Parmesan cheese and seasonings, stirring until smooth.
- Add tortellini and broccoli, tossing to coat. Adjust sauce with pasta water.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
Notes
Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
