Method
- Place cut potatoes in salted cold water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 10–15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool slightly.
- Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in onion, celery, and fresh dill.
- Fold potatoes gently into dressing until coated.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add 1–2 tablespoons sour cream. Best served chilled.
