Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté onion in oil or butter until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix cream and cream cheese until smooth and seasoned.
  5. Combine chicken, spinach, and sauce, then transfer to baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
