- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
- Season sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken and pasta to skillet and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
