- Wash and dry broccoli thoroughly. Cut into small bite-sized florets.
- Combine broccoli, bacon, cheddar, red onion, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add sunflower seeds and bacon just before serving if making ahead.
