Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet with olive oil; drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until fragrant and softened.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add beef broth and cream; simmer until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheese until melted.
  7. Add pasta shells and toss to coat evenly.

Notes

Add milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
