- Combine cranberries, honey, orange zest, and water in a saucepan and cook until cranberries burst and thicken.
- Cool cranberry mixture completely.
- Blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread whipped feta into a serving bowl.
- Top with cranberry mixture and garnish as desired.
Notes
Best served at room temperature with crackers or crostini.
