Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Cranberry Topping
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 0.25 cup water

Method
 

  1. Combine cranberries, honey, orange zest, and water in a saucepan and cook until cranberries burst and thicken.
  2. Cool cranberry mixture completely.
  3. Blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spread whipped feta into a serving bowl.
  5. Top with cranberry mixture and garnish as desired.

Notes

Best served at room temperature with crackers or crostini.
