Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté onion and celery until soft, add garlic and cook briefly.
- Combine bread cubes, turkey, cranberries, herbs, and sautéed vegetables.
- Whisk eggs, melted butter, and broth. Mix into stuffing mixture.
- Form into golf ball-sized rounds and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Adjust broth gradually to prevent sogginess. Can be frozen after baking.
