Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

  • Hand mixer or spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, honey, vanilla, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in half the cranberries and green onions.
  3. Shape mixture into a ball and wrap tightly. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Combine remaining cranberries and pecans.
  5. Roll chilled cheese ball in coating and chill 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored refrigerated.
