Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into equal squares and press into muffin tin wells.
- Place one cube of brie in each pastry cup.
- Top brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
