Ingredients
  

Crab Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat picked over
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
Pastry
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, seasonings, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in crab meat and herbs.
  4. Cut puff pastry into squares and add filling to center.
  5. Fold and seal pastry. Brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.
