- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, seasonings, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold in crab meat and herbs.
- Cut puff pastry into squares and add filling to center.
- Fold and seal pastry. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.
