Ingredients
  

Crab Mixture
  • 2 cups crab meat picked clean
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, gently mix crab meat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings.
  3. Fold in breadcrumbs until mixture holds together.
  4. Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
  6. Bake, pan-fry, or air-fry until golden and crispy.
  7. Drain on wire rack and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best crunch. Pairs well with dipping sauces.
