Ingredients
  

Crab Mixture
  • 2 cups lump crab meat drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, flour, cheese, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and crab meat, mixing gently until combined.
  4. Shape mixture into bite-sized portions.
  5. Place on baking sheet and brush lightly with oil.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
