Pork Chops
  • 4 bone-in pork chops ¾–1 inch thick
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup milk
Bacon Gravy
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2.5 cups whole milk

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops and prepare breading station.
  2. Dredge pork chops in flour, egg, then flour again.
  3. Fry pork chops until golden and cooked through.
  4. Cook bacon and reserve drippings.
  5. Whisk flour into bacon fat, then add milk to form gravy.
  6. Season gravy and serve over pork chops.
