Method
- Trim excess fat from steak and pat dry.
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
- Marinate steak in a zip-top bag or shallow dish for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
- Heat grill or cast iron skillet over high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and sear 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve in bowls, tacos, or over salad with your favorite toppings.
