Ingredients
  

Mousse
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk chilled overnight
  • 6 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey to taste

  • Microwave or double boiler

Method
 

  1. Chill coconut milk overnight without shaking.
  2. Scoop solid coconut cream into a mixing bowl, reserving liquid for another use.
  3. Melt dark chocolate until smooth and let cool slightly.
  4. Add melted chocolate and sweetener to coconut cream.
  5. Whip until smooth, fluffy, and fully combined.
  6. Divide into serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use only full-fat coconut milk for proper texture.
