Ingredients
  

Goulash
  • 2 lbs beef chuck cubed
  • 2 lbs yellow onions sliced
  • 3 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Slowly cook onions in oil until deeply golden.
  2. Add garlic and paprika off heat, stirring quickly.
  3. Add beef, tomato paste, broth, and seasonings.
  4. Simmer gently for 2 hours until tender.
