Method
- Melt chocolate and butter over simmering water until smooth.
- Stir in sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Fold in chopped biscuits and nuts.
- Add milk gradually until thick but pliable. Stir in optional rum.
- Shape mixture into a log on parchment paper. Wrap tightly and twist ends.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or freeze 1 hour for easier slicing.
- Dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
